- 1. Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders, including government offices and industry leaders, to ensure the event’s credibility and reach.
- 2. Regional PR: Driving awareness and engagement through an effective communication strategy and media outreach.
What began as a simple project evolved into a meticulously crafted agenda, strategy, and operational plan through countless hours of collaboration, stakeholder introductions, and government office visits.
