Task:
Conceiving and executing the inaugural Sport Impact Summit in collaboration with co-founders.

Challenge:
To launch a meaningful and impactful event that inspires the sports community while addressing sustainability, a less-explored topic in the glamorous world of sports. The project required seamless integration of strategic partnerships and regional PR, with meticulous planning and execution.

BUZ’s Approach:
For BUZ, the task revolved around two critical pillars:

  • 1. Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders, including government offices and industry leaders, to ensure the event’s credibility and reach.
  • 2. Regional PR: Driving awareness and engagement through an effective communication strategy and media outreach.

What began as a simple project evolved into a meticulously crafted agenda, strategy, and operational plan through countless hours of collaboration, stakeholder introductions, and government office visits.

SHOP, SCAN & WIN Creative

Task:
To make the 30th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival an unforgettable experience by positioning it as the best city attraction through enticing shopping rewards.

Our Solution:
BUZ collaborated with shopping malls across Dubai to design an exciting shopping promotion. Shoppers visiting the participating malls and their thousands of retailers were given the chance to win up to AED 1 Million in cash by spending just AED 200.

To enhance participation and simplify the process, BUZ introduced a SCAN and WIN system powered by its proprietary Raffle Tech Retention technology. This seamless and engaging solution made it easy for shoppers to enter the promotion while keeping the experience exciting and interactive.
