Greetings from Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment!

The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an Agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), is pleased to announce 10th edition of the Dubai Food Festival - DFF (2023), to be held for 10 days, from 27 April – 7 May 2023.

One of the topical highlight to commemorate the 10th Anniversary edition of DFF will showcase a special celebration dish on offer at all participating outlets for AED 10 as a promotional offer.

A well planned marketing campaign for the promotion will create hype and excitement amongst the diners and add to the festive offering during the period. The Dubai Food Festival Page will also list the participating restaurants that we received within the participation deadline.

DFRE has appointed BUZ Management and Marketing Consulting LLC (BUZ MMC) as the authorized partner to enroll outlets for the celebratory dish for AED 10 Promotion.

The application form is enclosed and provides space for you to indicate the AED 10 dish of your outlet. To participate you are required to duly complete the form and send to us no later than 30th March, 2023 to dff@ibuz.ae

How to participate?
● Restaurants/food outlets to enroll for the promotion by registering with BUZ Management & Marketing Consulting for the below:

AED 10 Dish promotion mechanics:
Promotion period: 27 April - 7 May
The participating outlet needs to create a new dish, or an existing dish with a twist that will be served only during the period of the festival. The idea is to highlight the creativity within Dubai’s food offering.

Please include the name of the AED 10 dish in the enclosed form.

● The offer/menu of the participating outlet to be listed on the DFF website
● The participating restaurant will receive free POS material for mandatory display
● The participating outlet will be allowed to promote the campaign using their own communication (in alignment with the DFF 2023 campaign / creative guidelines)
● The participating outlet will open a window of opportunity for its customers experience the offerings of the outlet
