Objective
To secure and shape a prominent feature in CEO Middle East for Shehab Gargash, Managing Director and Group CEO of Gargash Group. The aim was to portray him as a forward‑thinking leader who honours heritage while driving transformation and growth, thereby enhancing both his personal brand and the company’s reputation among business audiences.
Strategy
Story pitching: Identified the opportunity to align Gargash Group’s narrative with CEO Middle East’s focus on leadership and innovation. Developed a detailed pitch highlighting Shehab’s perspective on change, modernisation and inclusive growth.
Content development: Prepared briefing materials for the journalist, emphasising themes such as adapting family businesses, balancing legacy with innovation, embracing EVs and sustainability, and expanding into consumer finance. Worked closely with Shehab to articulate quotes that reflected his philosophy of continuous evolution and inclusion.
Photoshoot coordination: Collaborated with the magazine’s photographer to create a visual story that balanced authority with approachability. Ensured the imagery conveyed modernity without losing the gravitas of an established conglomerate.
Message alignment: Reviewed drafts and provided inputs to maintain consistency with Gargash Group’s brand values. Ensured discussions of legacy were framed as platforms for future growth rather than nostalgic anchors.
