Objective
To drive large-scale citywide retail participation for Dubai Jewellery Group during Dubai Shopping Festival by incentivising jewellery purchases through high-value gold and cash rewards, while increasing footfall, transaction volume, and sustained shopper engagement across participating outlets.
Strategy
BUZ designed and executed a reward-led retail activation in partnership with Dubai Jewellery Group as part of Dubai Shopping Festival 2025. The campaign encouraged shoppers to turn every jewellery purchase into a winning opportunity through simple, QR-based digital participation powered by RaffleTech. Customers who met the qualifying spend were able to scan in-store QR codes, upload receipts, and enter weekly digital raffles, with draws hosted at Global Village to maximise visibility and excitement. The campaign was structured to ensure ease of entry, strong in-store integration, and repeat participation, while aligning seamlessly with DSF’s broader citywide shopping narrative.
Results & Impact
The campaign delivered strong market-wide engagement throughout the DSF period, activating jewellery retail touchpoints across the city and driving consistent shopper participation. The combination of high-value gold and cash rewards with seamless digital entry mechanics helped sustain momentum across multiple weeks. The initiative reinforced Dubai Jewellery Group’s presence during DSF as a key retail participant, strengthened consumer excitement around jewellery shopping, and demonstrated BUZ’s capability in delivering scalable, technology-enabled retail campaigns that convert seasonal footfall into measurable engagement.
